Gauntlet Networks, a developer of decentralized finance risk management infrastructure, has raised $125 million in Series C funding led by SBI Holdings USA.

The New York City company builds specialized financial simulation engines and smart contract optimization frameworks that conduct real-time stress testing, automate parameter updates, and mitigate economic capital risks for blockchain-native ecosystems.

Institutional DeFi infrastructure

Led by co-founder and CEO Tarun Chitra, Gauntlet coordinates structural platform updates across global developer networks. Its tools help crypto protocols manage risk dynamically rather than relying on static parameters.

The funding will support core protocol safety engineering, expand automated quantitative modeling infrastructure, and accelerate enterprise adoption across institutional digital asset markets.
