Wexler’s fact intelligence platform will slot into Legora’s agentic operating system, and its engineering team becomes the founding crew of a new London engineering hub. In-house legal teams at global enterprises also use the product to surface factual issues before they escalate into litigation.

Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani founded the company in January 2023. It grew to 18 staff with revenue expanding eightfold year on year, net revenue retention above 400%, and clients across Europe and the United States.

The deal follows Legora’s $600M Series D earlier this year, which has funded the buying spree now at five deals in 2026. CEO Max Junestrand calls fact-finding the most manual and expensive part of legal work, and says agentic systems will multiply fact queries by orders of magnitude. Wexler, he argues, is the infrastructure built to handle that scale today.
