Enterprise software’s agentic buying spree just picked up another Israeli target. ServiceNow has acquired Sweep, the startup behind an AI workspace for go-to-market teams, in a transaction Israeli business daily CTech estimates at hundreds of millions of dollars. Neither side has confirmed a price.

The purchase follows ServiceNow’s ai.work deal by less than two months and extends a run that already included the $7.75B Armis acquisition. ServiceNow told CTech that Sweep bolsters its AI-native development work and speeds agentic deployment for CRM customers.

Sweep launched in 2021, founded by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim, the pair behind Flok, which Wix acquired. Disclosed venture backing stands at $46M, including a $22.5M Series B led by Insight Partners in May 2025. Its platform watches metadata across ServiceNow, Salesforce and HubSpot, flagging misalignments, writing documentation and suggesting fixes that its agentic layer can carry out.

Customers on its roster include Brex, LG Electronics, Mass General Brigham, NBC Sports and Wix. That a company with a modest disclosed raise commands a nine-figure price shows how sharply acquirers now value agent software and the teams building it.
