Enterprises are stuck with AI agents in prototype because agents cannot be trusted with business data, and Euno has raised $23M to fix that layer. The Series A was led by N47, with 10D, which led the startup’s seed round, and angels including Wiz co-founder Yinon Kostika, Cyera co-founder Yotam Segev, Eon co-founder Ofir Ehrlich and Tavily founder Rotem Weiss also participating.
Euno, officially known as Delphi.io Inc., builds an enterprise data platform that continuously studies how organizations create, use and govern their information, then extracts that knowledge into a context layer agents can draw on. Instead of asking teams to maintain thousands of pages of documentation, the platform infers institutional context from operational signals, tracking lineage, meaning, ownership and governance rules across evolving metadata graphs in real time.
CEO Sarah Levy argues the context problem explains stalled agent deployments. Business data is structured for humans, so agents query it without understanding what it means or when it can be trusted. Euno bakes governance into its layer so each agent only reaches the context and data its task requires.
The startup has now raised $29M in total. As enterprises push agents from pilots to production, investors are betting that whoever supplies reliable memory and context will own a core layer of the agent stack, much as databases captured a core layer of the software era.
