Glow, a cybersecurity startup founded by former Meta and Snowflake executives, emerged from stealth as a unicorn with a $180M Series A at a $1.2B valuation. The company is betting that AI is fundamentally reshaping how enterprises need to secure employee devices.
Founded in 2025, Glow built an endpoint security platform that helps enterprises monitor and control software, AI agents, and developer tools running on employee machines. The platform uses specialized AI agents to map enterprise environments in real time, assess risk continuously, and enforce security policies automatically.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, and others. Co-founder and CEO Roi Tiger, a former Meta VP of engineering, said existing endpoint detection tools focus on threats after they emerge, while Glow stops risky software and AI agents before they enter enterprise environments.
The startup has about 100 employees and already counts paying customers in healthcare, retail, and financial services. Tiger said Glow has already prevented malicious npm packages and detected AI agents attempting to pull in compromised software.
