Passionfroot, a Berlin-based startup connecting B2B creators with brands, has raised $15M in a Series A round led by Insight Partners. The company is opening a New York office as its co-founder and CEO Jen Phan relocates to lead US expansion.
The startup operates a marketplace where B2B creators partner with companies for content campaigns. Revenue grew 13x over the past year. Clients include ElevenLabs, Figma, Replit, Framer, and Gamma. Passionfroot says it has paid at least $10M to creators on its platform in the last 18 months.
Phan said AI is commoditizing software and flooding every category with new products, making B2B buyers turn to creator channels like LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube to discover tools. The startup released an AI agent called Zest that helps brands find suitable creators, execute campaigns, and monitor performance.
Insight Partners managing director Rebecca Liu-Doyle said Passionfroot has the right dynamics on both sides of the marketplace. Existing investors Creandum, Supernode Global, and s16vc also participated. Total funding to date exceeds $21M. Passionfroot is also opening an office in Sao Paulo.
