Every enterprise AI pilot ends at the same place: a model that works in a demo and a business process nobody has rewired to use it. AuxoAI sells the rewiring.
The company raised $20.7M in Series A funding led by NTT Venture Capital, with participation from executives including George Still Jr. of Norwest Venture Partners, ServiceNow president and chief product officer Amit Zavery, and Charlesbank managing director Giacomo Sonnino.
AuxoAI spent more than three years working with Global 2000 companies before raising, building AI deployments that combine process expertise, data engineering and agents. Its model is deliberately unglamorous: it sends engineers and strategy teams on site to learn a client’s culture, data and workflows, then builds around what they find.
Consulting plus software, not one or the other
The centre of the offering is Damia, a workbench for forward-deployed engineers that turns captured business knowledge into applications and reusable agent capabilities. The idea is that what a team learns from a client should end up as living software rather than an interview transcript or a paper document.
Partnerships with Google, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft let it deliver through platforms enterprises already trust.
Services revenue is a feature here
Investors have grown wary of AI consultancies that scale by adding headcount. AuxoAI argues the opposite: the on-site work is how it learns a process well enough to automate it, and the platform is where that knowledge compounds.
NTTVC’s portfolio includes Anthropic, which puts the fund close to the model layer AuxoAI builds on. The capital goes toward global expansion, proprietary tooling and AI-native delivery.
The bet is that enterprise AI’s bottleneck is organisational, not technical, and someone has to do the organisational work.
