Kind Designs, a Miami-based climate resilience company, announced the close of a $10 million pre-Series A at a $70 million valuation. The round was nearly double its original $5 million target after attracting $20 million in investor interest.
Backed by Mark Cuban, NY Angels, and NBA forward Kyle Kuzma, the company produces 3D-printed living seawalls designed to replace aging shoreline infrastructure with environmentally friendly alternatives. Kind Designs has already secured $10 million in contracted revenue this year and built a $175 million active pipeline, including a recently awarded $2 million US Navy contract.
After generating $1 million in revenue in 2025, the company has evolved from a residential seawall startup into a commercial and government infrastructure provider. The total funding to date stands at $21.5 million.
