Omilia has raised a €58.1M ($67M) Series B to expand its AI voice platform for enterprise contact centers. Expedition Growth Capital led the round for the Cyprus company, which plans to open its first US office in the second half of 2026.
Founded in 2002, Omilia runs its customer-service platform on proprietary agentic Voice AI technology rather than third-party components, and touts compliance with standards such as FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR.
The company claims some of the largest production deployments of agentic voice systems: a Tier 1 US bank that handles over 1 million calls a day, and a multinational US insurer running one of the world’s biggest real-time agent-assist programs at over 600,000 daily calls. Its in-house stack, it says, resolves more than 50,000 concurrent voice interactions for a single client at sub-second latency.
Live annual recurring revenue has grown more than 10x to over €52M since the company’s Series A, without fresh equity in between. In July, Omilia expanded its agreement with Taco Bell, whose voice AI rollout spans more than 1,000 US drive-thrus in 38 states. Other customers include Capital One, Discover, RBC and DWP.
The company also introduced Lexis, a generative text-to-speech model built into its platform.
Expedition Growth Capital founder Oliver Thomas said Omilia’s self-learning agentic CX delivers a step change in call containment and operational improvement, backed by a world-class team.
