Lyzr, a Jersey City enterprise AI startup, closed a $100 million Series B at a roughly $500 million valuation — and it let its own AI agent do the heavy lifting.
The company deployed an internal agent called SivaClaw to handle the fundraising process. The bot fielded questions from over 130 investors, drafted memos, and tracked which parts of the pitch deck got the most attention. No founders needed to hit the roadshow circuit.
Bloomberg reported that the round drew $400 million in total investor interest from Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and finance. Lyzr helps businesses build and deploy AI agents, making the self-run fundraise a direct demonstration of its platform’s capabilities.
The raise signals a shift in venture fundraising. When an AI agent can manage investor relations and pitch tracking, founders can focus on strategy rather than the traditional grind of raising capital.
