Luxury at factory prices is the pitch behind a new $9.5M seed round for Atorie, an AI-powered fashion brand backed by a16z speedrun, Night Capital and Lightspeed’s Jeremy Liew.

The company sells handbags and clothing made in the same factories, with the same materials, as high-end luxury brands, but at a fraction of the price. An Italian leather handbag costs a few hundred dollars, versus thousands for a comparable Prada or Louis Vuitton piece.

Co-founder Redouane Ramdani, who previously built creator platform Snipfeed and sold it in 2024, says Atorie is not selling dupes or fast fashion. The brand works with more than 40 factories that increasingly handle their own design and product development, cutting out the middleman.

AI runs through the business: agents analyze trends, estimate demand and flag material shortages, while shoppers get an AI stylist that builds outfits from inspiration. The company ended last year with around $5M in sales and expects to reach a run rate above $55M.

The fresh capital funds logistics, AI tools and a planned in-house line.
