EliseAI has raised $350M at a $4B valuation, doubling the mark it set with its Series E last August. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures co-led the round.
The New York company, founded in 2017, automates the paperwork behind housing and healthcare operations. Its software now runs leasing, maintenance and renewals inside one in six apartments across the United States, and passed $200M in annual recurring revenue this summer.
This month EliseAI added Apollo, an AI teammate that works across every role on a property team. Chief executive Minna Song says the agent sits natively inside the same platform that runs the buildings, so it can act rather than just answer questions.
The healthcare side follows the same logic. EliseAI automates patient paperwork for specialty physician groups, covering everything from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance checks and follow-up.
The bet is that property managers and clinic operators will pay for automation that touches revenue, not software that merely saves keystrokes. With occupancy and staffing both tight, the pitch is that an agent working the front desk costs less than another coordinator.
