Using a combination of adaptive AI, satellite and drone imagery, and financial-grade risk modeling, Treefera provides companies with real-time visibility into sourcing and sustainability risks—addressing a critical gap where 60% of global carbon emissions originate.
Founded by Jonathan Horn and Caroline Grey, former executives at JP Morgan and UiPath, Treefera was created to tackle the chronic opacity surrounding nature-based commodities. Their platform offers granular insights for enterprises navigating complex regulatory requirements and growing environmental risks. Clients include Amazon Rainforest Conservation, Kita, Anew, and ACCIONA, spanning industries from agriculture to automotive.
With the new funding, Treefera plans to expand into Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, enhance its AI capabilities with real-time commodity tracking and regulatory automation, and further support enterprises seeking resilient, sustainable, and transparent supply chains.
The startup’s multidisciplinary team of technologists, scientists, and sustainability experts is positioning Treefera as a leader in next-generation supply chain intelligence.
