Skan AI has banked $63M in Series C funding co-led by Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital, with Citi Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, State Farm Ventures and Wipro Ventures also participating.

The round brings the seven-year-old company’s total funding to roughly $120M.

Skan AI builds what it calls a “context graph of work” by observing how employees actually perform their jobs across enterprise software. Instead of asking teams to document their processes, its platform watches real activity and turns it into a structured map of how work flows through systems.

Alongside the raise, Skan AI made two products generally available. Blueprint captures work processes as they happen, while Agents puts that process knowledge to work inside AI agents that automate tasks.

The thesis is that many enterprise AI projects stall because the underlying process knowledge is missing or out of date. Observing real work, the company argues, produces the data layer that automation needs to operate safely.

Investors appear to be listening. As companies push AI agents deeper into operations, startups that can capture how work actually flows are drawing capital from both traditional venture firms and strategic backers such as Dell Technologies Capital and State Farm Ventures.

The raise lands as the enterprise AI conversation shifts from picking models to grounding them in reliable, real-world workflows.
