NoPaperForms, an Indian company building vertical SaaS for education, has filed updated draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its planned IPO, targeting ₹375 crore, about $45M, through a fresh issue.
The company operates three layers for schools and colleges: Meritto, an operating system for student enrollment; Collexo, for fee collection and payments; and Mio, an AI layer spanning both. In its last fiscal year it said it served 1,183 institutions and processed about ₹3,180 crore in education fees.
The refiling refreshes the company’s financials and issue structure as it pushes toward the market, adding to a busy Indian tech IPO pipeline this autumn.
