Wall Street’s crypto ambitions have moved past tokens and into the data underneath them.

Kaiko, the market data provider founded in Paris and now based in New York, has stretched its Series B to $110M in a round led by S&P Global.

BNP Paribas, Bpifrance, Broadridge, Canton Foundation, Coinbase Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Nasdaq Ventures, Royal Bank of Canada, Stellar and Susquehanna Private Equity Investments joined. Existing investors Anthemis, Point Nine and Revaia returned.

Kaiko supplies pricing, analytics, indices and data infrastructure across more than 150 exchanges and protocols, operating under EU-BMR and MiCA authorizations. It also pushes proprietary market data to smart contracts and converts onchain activity into standardized off-chain feeds.

The company is forming a strategic industry working group with the participating institutions to define what tokenized products need before they can reach production.

Why it matters: the bank-weighted cap table shows crypto capital moving past tokens and into the pricing, settlement and data plumbing that tokenized securities require around the clock.
