Rayon has raised €10M in Series A funding to keep pushing interior design out of heavyweight desktop software.
The Paris company builds browser-based drawing tools for interior designers, a category still dominated by programs that assume a powerful machine and a paid license. Partech led the round, with existing investors Northzone, Foundamental and Seedcamp returning.
The new money takes Rayon’s total funding to nearly €16M, following a €4M seed round in September 2023.
The company describes its software as the drawing layer for a design process increasingly assisted by AI, where plans, specifications and material choices live in one workspace instead of being stitched together over email.
Design and construction tooling has drawn steady venture interest as investors look for software that survives the shift from screens back to physical production. Rayon’s bet is that the browser, not the workstation, becomes where that work happens.
