An oversubscribed $320 million raise has closed at Endeavor Catalyst, lifting the venture platform’s assets under management beyond $850 million and making the vehicle its largest to date.

Only businesses run by Endeavor Entrepreneurs qualify for its backing, and the typical pattern is a joint investment with bigger growth and venture funds. Europe now ranks as its fastest-growing market.

Twenty companies in Catalyst’s regional portfolio have reached valuations of at least $1 billion, part of a European book spanning more than 90 investments. In the first half of 2026, Endeavor’s European offices fed a dozen companies into the portfolio, up from seven in 2024 and 14 across the whole of 2025. Rounds Catalyst joined across 2025 and the first half of 2026 saw European portfolio companies raise $3.3 billion, a total no other region, Latin America included, matched.

Fund V’s bets feature HappyRobot, the Spanish AI workforce startup that raised $150 million in August 2026 at a $1.2 billion valuation, and EnduroSat, the Bulgarian space-tech business that landed $104 million in 2025. The regional portfolio reaches from Bulgaria and Greece through Turkey and Ukraine.

For founders outside the usual hubs, the vehicle is unusual in being built around the operator networks that emerging European markets often lack.
