Stockholm property software outfit exits quiet mode with seed round

Property managers spend their days moving facts between systems that were never meant to talk. A Stockholm startup thinks agents should do that instead.

Vessla left stealth with $3.3M in an oversubscribed pre-seed led by Seedcamp, joined by a group of angels alongside Tandem Health’s Lukas Saari, Voi’s Fredrik Hjelm, operators from Lovable and OpenAI, Tiny VC and the Inception Fund.

The product is a shared AI layer sitting on top of a property company’s existing stack rather than replacing it. Agents pull the relevant records, apply each firm’s operating rules and push work through connected software, for example checking lease terms before answering a maintenance request or raising an invoice. Humans keep the calls that need judgement or sign-off.

The longer goal is an operating system for whole portfolios, tying leasing, building operations and investment planning together so teams set priorities while agents hunt for revenue and cost improvements.

The pitch rests on the team. Before moving into property software, chief executive Orman Gazvini spent time at McKinsey advising software companies and at Pophouse on strategy and M&A. Kasper Janehag, who started out on NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, led AI projects at QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI arm, and chief scientist Arash Dabiri built agentic systems at Andon Labs and QuantumBlack. Others came from Legora, Stanford and Netlight.

Janehag argues the demo is easy and the messy, consequential work is not, which is why the company is emphasising integration depth, evaluation and hard limits on agent behaviour.

Rivals are already funded. Uniti raised a $12M Series A to run leasing and maintenance agents, ProptechOS sells an agentic suite, and EliseAI has $250M behind it. AI-native proptech drew about $4.5B in 2025, according to the Center for Real Estate Technology and Innovation.
