Naïve, which sells infrastructure for running companies with AI agents, has raised a $28.5M Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, according to TechCrunch.
The startup wraps payments, email, phone numbers, cloud resources, storage and incorporation behind one API. Developers give tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex a prompt, and the agent calls Naïve’s API to spin up a US LLC, from state registration and industry codes to business descriptions. Humans remain in the loop for KYC and KYB checks and payments.
A governance layer lets users cap spending, restrict what agents can do and require human sign-off on sensitive actions. Ready-made templates cover AI SEO businesses, full-stack SaaS apps, recruiting, accounting and customer support.
The company claims more than 30,000 developer customers within months of launching, and says annual run-rate revenue multiplied 10x to the low double-digit millions over six months. CEO Sean Dorje told TechCrunch that users operate AI automation agencies, faceless social media channels and even a largely autonomous rental car business.
Automation agencies built around reselling AI agents to small businesses are the fastest-growing use case, Dorje said, since they are often the first company a founder can stand up with the platform.
The raise signals how far vibe coding has evolved, from generating software to operating entire companies.
